How do I return a product?

All returns should be called into Customer Services on 01279 424491. Please note that notification of goods to be returned must be made within 7 days from delivery date otherwise such returns cannot be accepted.

How do I deal with a shortage or damaged product?

All shortages & damages should be reported to Customer Services 01279 424491 within 3 days from delivery date.

How do I cancel an order?

To cancel an order, you must contact our customer service representatives either by email or telephone and they will give you further information.

What are the benefits of registration?

As a registered customer, you become entitled to special discount schemes and promotional pricing offers.

Can I place an order without registering my account?

Yes you can place an order without registering. We understand how valuable your time is and our registration has been designed to take up not more than a few minutes of your time. Once you have registered with us, you need not give your address and credit card details on future visits to our shop. This will save you the trouble of entering this information on every purchase you make from us.

What should I do if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, click on the Forgotten Password link in the Account login page. Your password will be mailed to the email address that you have given as part of your account information.

Availability & Shipping

You will be called by a customer service representative if an item you have ordered is out of stock. Orders below £50 will be charged a delivery fee that will be calculated by our system. All orders placed before 4.30pm are aimed to be delivered next day, orders placed after this time may take an extra day to deliver. We deliver Monday – Friday, weekend deliveries are available on special request. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday for delivery Tuesday.

Pricing & Discounts

All prices shown exclude Value Added Tax (VAT). This will be added to the total of your order when you check out.
