Delivery & Returns Information

Rainbow Chalk Markers offer a reliable following day delivery service. Delivery is free of charge for all orders of £50 and over, included VAT. All orders of less than £50 will have a calculated delivery charge added to the order.

Delivery Times

For orders placed by 3pm Monday to Friday, are aimed for 2–3 working days delivery between the hours of 9am and 5pm. For International shipments we aim for 10–15 days delivery.

Returning a Product

All returns should be reported to Customer Services on 01279 424491. Please note that notification of goods to be returned must be made within 7 days from delivery date otherwise such returns cannot be accepted.

Shortages or Damaged Products

All shortages & damages should be reported to Customer Services within 3 days from delivery date.

Cancelling an Order

To cancel an order, you must contact a customer service representative immediately, either by email or telephone and they will give you further information.
